Youth Action Day is once a year, but young people can stand up against ALS every day of the year! Youth Action is all about kids, teenagers, and young adults across the country using their talents and passions to fight ALS. You can write letters, tell stories about your ALS hero, spread awareness through your social media accounts, or host a creative virtual event. By participating in ALS Youth Action, you’ll be showing the world that you are fighting to end ALS.

Pick one of the challenges listed below or create your own awareness and fundraising idea!
